Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as it can exceed the maximum speed allowed for the product type (PLEV). This means a user could lose control of the product at high speeds, causing injuries to themselves or others if they crash.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
