Children's electric scooter with charging plug

Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The distance from the live pin to the outside edge is insufficient. A user could touch this live pin while using the product and receive an electric shock.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 and the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
