A wall socket for two British standard plugs and two USB-A

Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as the breakdown isolation between the input and output circuits does not meet the insulation requirements for this type of product. Additionally, there is insufficient creepage and clearance distances between circuits, and there is no overcurrent protection device fitted to the USB input circuit. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
