Various colours of 1000W kids' dirt bike supplied in red, blue, green and orange

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire as the transformer is poorly constructed with wires soldered directly to the PCB and fails to meet the minimum required creepage and clearance distances. Additionally, the product was fitted with a Euro-style plug, which is not permitted for sale on the UK market. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
