A children's jumpsuit in a light blue poppy design.

Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as the push buttons in the leg opening may become loose or detach after a short period of use. If a young child were to place the detached button into their mouths, they may choke.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Consumers in possession of the jumpsuit should stop using it immediately and contact their nearest point of sale for a full refund or exchange.
