A pneumatic nail gun with charger and accessories for a carry case duffel bag

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of injuries as there is no mechanism to prevent unintentional operation. Impurities in the air supply, metal chips, or damaged nails may leave foreign bodies in the chamber which could be discharged upon unintentional operation, injuring the user. The product also requires improvements to labelling and marking.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
