Hazard
The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it has inadequate insulation and insufficient creepage and clearance distance between the mains potential input circuit and low voltage output circuits. Over time, the insulation can wear down and expose live wires which may result in the user receiving an electric shock.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
