There is no evidence that the product has been assessed using relevant UK conformity assessment procedures as a valid Declaration of Conformity was not supplied. There is no valid technical documentation for the product and the machinery is not marked with required information. Improvements are also required for the product instructions. In the absence of evidence to demonstrate the conformity of the product, it may be possible for it to overheat and catch fire.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
